SBA Loans
We offer both SBA 7(a) and 504 loan programs.
The SBA 7(a) loan guaranty program is a business loan of up to $2,000,000, generally secured with real estate. Loan Examples include Special Purpose, Express or Streamlined Procedure Program, Export, and Rural Business. Funds can be used to establish a new business or to assist in the acquisition, operation, or expansion of an existing business.
The 504 program or Certified Development Company (CDC) generally provides long-term, fixed rate financing to small businesses to acquire real estate or equipment for expansion or modernization. The 504 loan typically involves a first lien from a private sector lender, combined with up to 40% transaction as a loan secured from a CDC with a second lien on the subject property. the borrower must still contribute at least 10% as equity.
